Procon Inc. is a concrete construction business and specializes in residential and commercial concrete construction including but not limited to foundations, concrete flooring systems, concrete site work, decorative concrete and waterproofing. We also offer Pervious concrete pavement as an environmentally friendly option to reduce the impact of construction in areas of water conservation and run-off. We offer a turnkey concrete package to our customers reducing the amount of sub contractors that they need to work with. This is very advantageous to busy contractors. We have many experts working in our company that can ensure that the project is completed properly and can give our customers sound advice. We believe in our company’s success based on our uncommon offering of a “turnkey concrete package” and our highly motivated team of expert’s ability to produce a superior product in a timely fashion.

Procon Inc. began doing business in 2002. It was founded by Aaron Long. It began as a concrete construction company that specialized in residential concrete foundation work. Today it has grown into a full service concrete construction company that specializes in both residential and commercial work.
Procon Inc. has the most modern types of equipment, highly educated individuals in their field and the latest technology available to our industry. Combining this combination of skilled staff, reliable equipment and modern technology with a high level of integrity we are able to ensure customer satisfaction in terms of quality as well as completing projects in a timely manner.
We support and are member of certain local organizations such as the BUD commission, RHBA, AGC, and the Chamber of Commerce. We offer continued education for our employees such as ESL, Print Reading, Microsoft Office, Accounting, Dale Carnegie, Human Resource training, Project Management, American Concrete Institute training as well as many other programs and seminars that pertain to our business. In addition to continued education, Procon Inc. is aggressively pursuing the latest innovations in our field to ensure that we have the latest technology available to our staff and customers at all times.
We have approximately 60 employees with a very young work force on average, and we believe we have a nice advantage in the upcoming market as the baby boomers leave the work force. We feel, based on this fact, that there will be a huge demand for labor intensive services such as doing turnkey concrete construction in the future.
Our objective in marketing is to fulfill customers’ needs; we feel that this can be done by offering on time and within budget quality concrete construction products.
